Florida Aqua Farms brine shrimp hatcher with stand, base collection valve, and air supply tube. These tanks allow efficient cyst incubation and harvesting of newly hatched brineshrimp for first feeding. Alternate uses include raising low concentrations of brineshrimp to larger sizes, rotifer culture, and algae culture. Existing customers often use 2 of these hatchers and are setup and harvested on alternate days to provide a daily supply of livefeed.

Live Marine Resting L-strain Rotifer Cysts
These resting rotifer cysts are similar to the dormant cyst stage of artemia cysts and suitable for setting up a new uncontaminated culture. The resting cysts are harvested from a commercial culture that has been conditioned to produce dormant cyst. The cysts are supplied in a small vial and long term storage is possible in the freezer. Both freshwater and marine rotifer variants are offered. N.B. for other rotifer options including starter cultures research and public aquarium customers need to login.
