Shipping guide

All UK shipping is free. For the Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland there will be a charge for orders over 2kg.

N.B. Please ensure you provide an appropriate day-time delivery address and contact telephone number. If you expect to be out you can leave instructions for the package to be left with a neighbour; just ensure the signed note can be taken by the courier for their records.

Overseas Shipping

For orders below 2kg items will be shipped by Royal Mail Airmail 'AirSure' or 'International Signed For' depending on service availability for your country. For EU orders between 2kg and 100kg items will be shipped by courier.

Need a quote on an large overseas order?

If you need to place a large overseas order please contact us directly as some shipments require multiple boxes and some of our products including hatchers require extra packaging. If you have put together an online order over 100kg within the EU or over 2kg outside the EU an automatic shipping fee of £999.99 may be displayed. At this point put together your wish list and contact us for more details.
